People in Kwabwai have few or no access to clean water and sanitation facilities e.g. toilets. Residents have to walk miles to collect water from the nearest rivers or streams, where the water is often polluted, usually of poor quality and always in short supply.
I aim to provide a viable solution by drilling boreholes throughout Kwabwai and employing a solar-powered distribution system and by constructing clean toilets in our schools and shopping centres.
This will benefit the whole community by saving time, energy, money and health.
